Peanut Butter Oat Cookies
1/3 cup oats, uncooked
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil
¼ cup stevia
4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp sugar free peanut butter
2 egg whites
¼ cup skimmed milk
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar free vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 300 F.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well blended (except oats).
3. Mix in the oats and drop by tablespoons onto a non-stick paper.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
