Greek Style Chicken Salad

Greek – Style Chicken Salad

300 grams roasted chicken breast
¼ cup feta cheese
½ onion, chopped
½ red pepper cut into strips
5-6 black olives
1 medium sized tomato, chopped
Rocket leaves
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper.

Preparation

1. In a large salad bowl add the tomato, onion, pepper, olives and feta.
2. Combine with chicken strips.
3. Add olive oil and balsamic, season with salt and pepper, enjoy.

Serves: 2,
Protein: 45 g, Carbs: 2.5 g, Fat: 9.5 g (per serving)
