BLUEBERRY MUG CAKE

How To Prepare Blueberry Mug Cake

4 tbsp wheat flour
2 scoops whey protein
3 tsp stevia
½ tsp lemon zest
1 pinch salt
2 egg whites
2 tsp coconut oil
6 tbsp low fat coconut milk
1/5 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation

1. Place all the ingredients in a large mug (except blueberries) and mix very well.
2. Add blueberries and stir.
3. Place in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
4. Remove carefully.
5. Serve and enjoy.

Servings: 2, calories per serving 230, protein: 54 g, carbs: 30 g, fat: 11 g
