Mushroom And Ostrich Stir Fry
3 tbsp vegetable oil
400 grams ostrich steak
2 cups broccoli florets
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp grated ginger
½ garlic clove, minced
1 tsp tossed sesame seeds
1. Cut the ostrich steaks into medium sized cubes.
2. In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat.
3. Add the ostrich cubes and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp.
