Hi, I’m Natalie and I’m a 56 years young accountant.

    Here i will continue your discussion by adding some points, In addition to protein snacks, snacks of fresh Veggies and Fruits, of Yogurt mixed with nuts and honey, can also help a lot for weight loss transformation.

    Secondly, a deep and sound sleep for enough time also contributes, as it reduces stress levels, keeping hormones normal and avoid late night calories intake.

  3. Great information. It goes back to the saying, to do everything in moderation. No one gained weight overnight. Just reverse the bad habits that caused the overweight and patient and perseverance you will see results. Remember we all have different body types and some areas are inherited in our genes. I’m encouraged.
