Simply Delicious Chocolate – Berry Crepes
½ cup low fat peanut flour
½ cup low fat milk
4 egg whites
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup water
2 scoops whey protein powder
2 tbsp fat free cooking spray, melted ¼ cup mixed berries
2 tbsp stevia
1. Combine flour, stevia, salt and eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Lightly oil a small non-stick pan, warm over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the mixture. Cook the crepe for 1 minute each side.
4. Repeat for all crepes.
5. Place each crepe in a serving plate, fill with berries and roll carefully.
