Healthy Fruit Salad
1.5 cup low fat cottage cheese
0.25 cup mixed berries
2 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp blanched almonds – chopped
1. Cut all the fruit and mix in a bowl.
2. Refrigerate until all set to serve.
3. Top each serving with chopped almonds and yogurt.
4. Garnish with fresh mint.
