Cottage Cheese Dessert

2 cups low fat cottage cheese
4 tsp stevia
10 frozen raspberries
1/2 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
2 tbsp water


1. Add all the cottage cheese, stevia and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes.
3. Place raspberries, 2 tbsp water and stevia in a small saucepan and simmer under medium heat until it forms thick syrup.
4. Place on top of the cottage cheese mixture.
5. Sevre.
Serves: 2, Calories per serving: 117 kcal, protein: 28g, carbs: 7.8 g, fat: 2.4 g

  1. Was reading the directions for the cottage cheese dessert. Stevia is mentioned twice and the vanilla is left out. What goes where? Anxious to try this. Just started trying to lose weight.
