Chocolate Mug Cake
2 tbsp stevia/xylitol / yacon syrup
4 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
2 scoops whey protein powder
1 pinch salt
2 egg whites
1 heaped tsp baking powder
2 tsp coconut oil
6 tbsp skimmed milk
tsp unsweetened peanut butter
Combine all the dry ingredients together.
Put all the ingredients in a large mug (except peanut butter) and stir well
Place in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
Remove carefully, top with peanut butter, serve.
