Banana Mousse

How to Prepare Delicious Banana Mousse

¼ cup low fat coconut milk

2 tbsp stevia 1 tsp sugar free vanilla extract

½ banana, mashed

1.5 cup Greek – style fat free strained yogurt

3 scoops whey protein

Slices of 1 banana


1. Place coconut milk, stevia, whey protein, vanilla extract and banana mash in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place in a mixing bowl and combine with strained yogurt.
3. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
4. Spoon two tbsp. of the mixture in a serving plate or glass. Place some banana slices on top. Spoon two more tbsps of the mixture on top. Repeat the same procedure 2 more times (i.e. banana mixture – banana slices – banana mixture – banana slices).
5. Refrigerate.

Serves: 3, Calories per serving: 194 kcal, protein: 26.3 g carbs: 20 g, fat: 1.2 g

Hi….i have bad acid reflux and am on meds do i have to drink lemom water…i love it but it gives me bad heart burn…im 48 and need to lose 23 pounds and am perry menapausal will this still work for me …i am very interested in this workout plan …i also go to the gym but havent seen results i wonder if its bc im going through menapause
