Weight loss Sucess key #7
Hey, it’s Aline Pilani, and welcome to weight loss sucess Key #7. Successful weight loss is triggered by perseverance, not a magic pill! I mean, everybody has heard creazy promises like losing 3 pounds in a day, which let’s face it, we all know it’s impossible. And even though our Morning Fat Melter System is truly a breakthrough because by eating more protein you can lose up to 1 pound per day, our program is still based on perseverance. All people who have become fit have managed to do it because they did something for their goals each and every day. So, my idea is to take baby steps. Don’t go crazy, simply follow my plan daily, and you’ll be amazed in 30 days. So, right now, take a piece of paper and write down: I will persevere until i lose X pounds, X pounds being your goal, which you set up on key #3, so write down and say it a few times and I’ll see you in the next key of success weight loss.
