Hey, this is Aline Pilani and le’ts move on with weight loss success key #2. All people who achieved success in weight loss, were very determined because they had a strong WHY. For a lot of them, the WHY was to simply save their life, as their doctors told them that being overweight could kill them Other wanted to lose weight so they could attract a special person in thier life. What about you? What is your WHY? Why do you want to lose weight? So, take the piece of paper and write down 10 reasons why you want lose weight. You can easily think about how losing weight will affect your life in a good way, and simply write it down. For example, I want to lose weight to get the admiration of my kids and grandkids or I want to lose weight to lose weight so that my boss will not look down on me anymore. No matter how crazy these ideas are, please write them down because you’ll feel so much better and have so much more energy afterwards, so write down 10 to 20 reasons why you want to lose weight and I’ll waiting you in Weight loss success key #3 – Create a strong goal for yourself and work to achieve it daily!
