Hey it’s Aline Pilani, and i’m back with weight loss success Key #5. All people who have successfully lost weight had a positive attitude. If you look at the faces of people in ‘before and after’ pictures, happiness confidence and health are usually seen in the after pictures more than in the before, so no matter of your current situation, you’ll have to find reasons to feel happiness, so take a piece of paper and write down 10 things you are greateful for and 10 reasons you can smile. You will see that you will better almost instantly after having done the list and you’ll set up your foundation for you transformation. So make the list and I’ll see you in key #6.
