
We will do 4 exercises, and for each exercise we’ll do 4 sets of 10 repeats and we’ll take 50 seconds breaks in between sets.
I am using adjustable weights, however you can use 4 or 5 pounds dumbbells.
Our exercises are:
- Lateral Rows & Curl; this exercise also works our shoulders and we’ll do 10 reps each, so in total 20 per set.
- Narrow Barbell curls, 10 per set. If you don’t have a barbell like me or you only have weights, don’t worry, just have your hands closer.
- Triceps Dips, 10 per set.
- Overhead triceps extensions, 10 reps per set with only 1 dumbbell
