Your Weight Loss Goal And Your “WHY”

Today, it is hard to come by a person who is not grumbling about his or her weight. Someone can’t fit into their jeans, the same ones they slipped into comfortably the previous week while a few others are totally taken aback by their double chin or worse a bulging belly. Experts quote statistics of the United States to show how serious the problem is, but unfortunately it’s not a lifestyle issue that is restricted to a particular region or country. It is an epidemic that has gripped the world.

Since your brain is on the journey to being rewired (if you haven’t read the ebook “ How to rewire your brain for permanent weight loss”, you should stop right now, and start reading that one immediately. After you have read it, and you have started doing the exercises I describe in there, you should come back and read this article, but not before!

Before we continue, I want you to make a commitment to yourself that you will follow my “Morning Fat Melter Program” for at least 1 month…. That is 30 days in which you will focus your attention of burning the fat from your body!

Please say “ I commit to following the “Morning Fat Melter Program” for at least 30 days”.

The diet and exercise plan are easy to follow and it is up to you to start doing the 4 steps of the Morning Fat Melter Protocol, meditate and doing EFT so that you can stop cravings and re-wire your brain, for permanent weight loss!

However, why do you want to lose weight? What is your WHY?

So, I want you to find your why. Set the clock for 20 minutes and start writing down the reasons why you want to lose weight. After you clear out the surface reasons, which are a great start, you’ll be able to dig deeper to find your WHY.

For me it was easy… I wanted to be sexy so that my husband would appreciate me again and desire me. Your may be different.

Please take a piece of paper and write them down. They will keep you going, because if you feel like quitting, if you simply take that piece of paper and look over your “WHYS”, YOUR MOTIVATION CAN BE UP AND RUNNING AGAIN….

I hope you have written your WHY. If you haven’t please stop and write at least 10 reasons why you want to lose weight on a piece of paper.

Now, let’s set your weight loss goal…. I truly think that in a month you can lose up to 20 pounds in a healthy way…

Please take your piece of paper, the one where you wrote your “WHYS” and write down your weight loss goal for the next 30 days.
