How to Get Rid of Armpit Fat? Well, the majority of people developed excess body fat over time because of lifestyle issues. So, if you have fat too, know that you are not alone. While some fats are tolerable, I personally find the armpit fat uncomfortable. And it disgusts many women. So, let’s talk about armpit fat and how to get rid of it.

Armpit fat is the excess fat growing in the armpit area. While you can rid yourself of it, you should know it cannot be spot reduced. So, you need to reduce whole body fat to get rid of it. And our tools for doing that will be exercises. I also recommend the combination of exercises, balanced diets and good sleep. But, for this discussion, let’s limit to exercises.

Best 3 Exercises To Get Rid Of Armpit Fat

The purpose of the exercise

For this exercise, we will tone the areas of your armpit fat. And this includes the Chest, the Shoulders and the Arm muscles. Our aim is to get these areas firmed up.

What you will need for the exercise
A pair 4 – 6 kg light weight dumbbells
An exercise mat or bench or on a Swiss ball

1. Chest press

We will repeat this exercise 35 times per set for best result.

Description of performing the exercises

On a mat:

Lie flat on your back. Put your both feet together flat on the floor and put your knees together, straight up. Hold the dumbbells in both hands, in line with your chest and raise it up with your arms straight and your face looking straight to the ceiling.

While in position 1, as described above, gradually and slowly bring the dumbbells down to your chest, but it won’t touch your chest. Allow your elbows to widen straight to the floor on each side, at shoulders level.

With both elbows on the floor, dumbbells raise and arms straightened, gradually return to the starting position you were in 1, above.

Repeat these positions 35 times, to complete your round for the exercise, dividing it into 10 slow and 10 quick chest presses, and 5 slow and 10 pulses halfway through the exercises.

2. Dumbbell flies

The exercises work on the affected areas of your armpit.

Description of performing the exercises

On a bench:

Assume the same position as in the first exercise above, using a bench.

With palms facing in, open your arms slowly until the upper arm touches the floor then squeeze it up. Slowly, let the squeeze include all your chest and arm muscles.

Do all 35 fly exercises in 10 slowly fly, 10 quickly fly, 5 slowly fly and 10 pulse (half way through). Take a minute rest between sets and repeat 2 or 3 more times for better result.

3. Staggered Push ups

Pushups are best for upper body and tone the armpit fat areas. But for this exercise, we will be doing staggered push up and repeat sixteen times for better result.

Description of performing the exercises

On a mat:

To challenge your arm, place one arm at the chest level and one arm about 3 inches forward. Repeat 8 times on each side.

That’s it! For optimum result, do the exercises about 3 times a week and combine with total body cardio and strength training. Your armpit fat should disappear soon.
