Hi there! Do you have that kind of schedule to allow for it?
I think it will come down to whatever you can fit in. At the end of the day, your body will be recovering from its total work output, whether it was spread over one session or several through the day.
If you have the time, energy, and flexibility to spread it out, this may be a smidge better.
I say this, because, it can help keep the quality of each session high. You would be able to put a bit more effort into each mini run, and get more from it.
It would, however, tap slightly into your recovery abilities, because you’ll have less time to adapt in between your runs. How much will it hurt you? Probably not a ton, just something to keep in mind.
