What can i do? I need to lose 70 pounds. Thanks
Hi Katie. My workouts are designed to build muscle in your body and boost your metabolism, so my suggestion is to do the exercises that you can. I think you can do most of the squats, maybe even the active rest… Just try, and don’t do the exercises that cause pain. You could also go fat a walk or swimming for 30 minutes, but remember, the most important part in our program is the diet plan.
I recommend you watch my video course once again, try to avoid sugar at all cost, and if you just follow the dieting guidelines, even without exercises, you’d still lose those 70 pounds in 6 months.
Next question comes from Mica: Aline, please help me kill my sweet tooth. In the last year alone, i gained over 30 pounds because i can’t stop myself from eating sweets… That’s a great question Mica, and it’s something that a lot of my clients struggle with.
