Hi, it’s Aline Pilani with anathor Ask Aline Video. Last weeks first question comes from jenny: ”Dear Aline, first i want to thank you for your morning fat melter program. I am doing your workouts every day and i love them. Already i see my body changing, however, i don’t have the patience to prepare the foods inside the meal plan. Could you just give me some eating tips that would get me great results? Thanks

So, hi Jenny, it is great that you doing my workouts daily. Now if you don’t want to follow the meal plam, here’s what to do: Don’t drink swwtened beverages and stay away from foods that have added sugar – this is very important! Drink a lof of water, at least 3 liters per day. Eat 3-4 meals made with a sources of protein, grilled salmon, turkey or chicken breast with fresh, boiled or grilled vegerables, and try to go with potatoes, bread or rice for a while. That’s it, you should lose at least 15 pounds in a month.

The next question is from Jacelyn. Aline, can i substitute foods  in the meal plan? Yes, you can substitute almost everything by following these 2 rules. Substitute everything with a source of lean protein. That way, it’s almost sure you’ll feel full, build muscles, reduce appetite and boost your metabolism. Also you can substitute any kind of vegatables with anathor one as long as it’s not potatoes, rice or other vegatables high in carbs.   1. Hello Aline,

    I am 5 days in with your morning fat melter and diet plan thus far, I am happy with my results shedding the pounds. However, my work can be so stressful at times where I find myself missing meals let alone eating five times a day. Would it be possible for instance, to eat 3 & 5 pm meal together to where I won’t be able to skip a meal.
